Meet Jaclyn!

We're so excited to introduce one of the newest members of our staff.  Jaclyn Dickerson is our new Records Coordinator.  Her job is to take pictures of each of our patients after every appointment, and she loves getting to see their progress.  She has loved the chance to get to know our patients on a personal level.

Since Jaclyn is one of our newest members of our team, we thought you should all know more about her.  She went to school at Tech and has two older sisters.  One of her favorite things of all is getting to be an aunt to her nieces and nephews--she loves spending time with them!

Some of her favorite pastimes are watching movies, singing in her car, and baking and decorating cakes.  She is an amazing cake decorator, and we would tell her to start her own business, but we want her to stay with our office as long as possible :).

The next time you're in our office, be sure and tell Jaclyn hi.  She would love to get to know you better!

Before and After: Reed Hamilton

Reed Hamilton came to us pretty young, right after most of his adult teeth had just come in.  Take a look at his smile, and you can see some of the reasons that he wanted treatment.

Before braces, there were some issues with spacing and alignment.  The front teeth are a little crooked, and the teeth angle in toward the center of his mouth.

If you look at the back right teeth, you'll also notice that they fall inside the lower teeth, rather than resting on the outside like they do on the left.

After his braces treatment, his smile has taken on a whole new look.  If you look a little closer, you'll notice some of the changes that were made.

Immediately, you can see that his teeth are straighter, and they are aligned perfectly.  If you look at his back teeth, you can see how they no longer angle so sharply towards the center of his mouth, but are a little more up and down.  His upper back right teeth no longer rest inside the lower ones, but are aligned correctly.

The transformation is incredible.  The first thing you notice when you look at him is his smile.  And right away, you notice that it is amazing!

Thanks for allowing us to be part of your smile transformation, Reed!  We think it turned out incredible!

Meet Erin!

Erin Rowley works at the front desk of our Clovis office.  She has been with us over half a year, and we're so glad that she joined our office.

Erin grew up in Clovis, and has raised her family here.  She and her husband of 19 years have two sweet girls, and they love spending time together.  When she's not working or spending time with her family, Erin loves to bake (and all of us at the office are willing any time to sample her work!).

Erin says that if she could tell her patients anything, it would be "Remember to brush your teeth!"  (Very good advice, we think :).

We're so glad you're here, Erin.  We love having you as part of our team!

Before and After: Mary Beth Sandercox

We love looking at the transformation of Mary Beth Sandercox's smile.  When she came to our office, she was a young girl with a great smile that needed just a little bit to make it extraordinary.

When you look at her smile before, you'll notice that she came to us as her teeth were really beginning to mature.  As her adult teeth came in, they had a few problems.

Most of her teeth came in pretty crooked.  If you take a close look at her gum line, you can see that her gum doesn't form a straight line as it would normally.  She has teeth that are coming in crooked, and if you look toward the back of her mouth, you can also see that her teeth angle in toward the center of her mouth quite a bit.

Mary Beth's case is a great example of why it's important to start braces treatment as adult teeth are maturing.  It can help them come in correctly, rather than trying to correct them if they come in misaligned.

If you take a close look at her smile after treatment, you will be amazed at the transformation.  Her teeth are more mature, and now they are more aligned.  Look at her gum line:  it's now perfectly straight.

Take another look at her back teeth:  before, they slanted in too much toward the center of her mouth. Now, they have great alignment, and her bite has held together perfectly.

When you look at the way her smile now, the change is amazing.  It lights up her entire face and eyes, and is absolutely perfect.

We love your smile, Mary Beth!  Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your transformation!

Meet Nanci!

Nanci Iglesias began working for us in July 2011, and in the past two years she has worn many hats for our team.  She helps with BTs, IBS impressions and pour-ups, as well as 3-D imaging records, x-rays and cleaning impression trays.

Before she worked at St. Clair and Massey, she attended San Antonio College for Medical and Dental Assistants, and completed in 2000.  She was recommended to our office by her former employer, and she has been worthy of every good word spoken about her.

One of Nanci's favorite things about joining our office is getting to know everyone on our team.  We pride ourself on hiring incredible staff members, and we love to hear that they enjoy each other as much as we enjoy them.

Nanci and her husband Jeff have one cat and one dog, and they are expecting their first child any day now!  She and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring new places, and her newest favorite past time is getting everything ready for the newest addition to their family.

Nanci also enjoys country music and can't wait to revisit San Fransisco someday.  She has been there once for quick work trip, but wasn't able to fully experience all the city has to offer.  Some day she wants to return to take in the food, people, and attractions as much as possible.

One random fact that many may not know about Nanci is that she is a masterful speller, and always finds herself mentally correcting any misspellings she finds online or in text messages.  The next time you see her, she would love it if you would tell her hi.  Just make sure to spell everything correctly if you write a note ;).

Before and After: Ty Crownover

When Ty Crownover first came to us, his smile was a little less than perfect.  He had a gap between his front teeth, and his teeth were somewhat crooked and misaligned.

If you take a closer look at Ty's teeth, you'll also notice how they slant in toward the center of his mouth quite a bit.  While some slanting is normal for everyone, too much can cause problems with spacing and overcrowding.

The transformation after Ty's treatment is incredible.  The gap is gone, and his teeth are even and aligned perfectly.  If you look closely, you will see that the slanting has been corrected as well.

It's incredible the way Ty's treatment has completely transformed his face.  He definitely has the kind of smile you don't forget easily.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your smile transformation, Ty.  We enjoyed working with you so much!

Meet Coren!

Coren DeFoor is an Orthodontic Assistant at our Clovis office.  She has been with us for about six months, and we have loved getting to know her.  She comes to us after having been one of our patients.  Coren says that after her treatment, she knew she wanted to be a part of her team.  More than anything, she wants all of our Clovis patients to know that she really cares about each of them and has their comfort most in mind.

Her favorite part of working with our office is the interaction she has with all of our patients.  They are her favorite part of her work.  When she's not at work, she loves to spend time with her family.  Her sister, Lacey, has also been one of our patients, and parents are close as well.  Her father works for the railroad and her mother works for the county.  And her new husband, Tyler, works for the Sheriff's Department, and they are currently working to remodel their house together.

She has always wanted to visit Italy and hopes to cross it off of her bucket list someday.  She also enjoys going with friends to hunt, but she doesn't actually like to participate in the "hunting" herself--she's just in it for the beautiful scenery and the company she gets to keep.

Now that you know a little more about Coren, be sure to tell her the next time you see her in our office.  She'll love to get to know you more!  And be sure to give her a big Congratulations on her new marriage.  She made an incredibly beautiful bride!
